Rules and Regulation?
- 75% attendance is mandatory.
- Strict code of conduct & discipline will be maintained by the student.
- Prior approval for any kind of leave in writing is must.
- Student will handle lab equipment and other valuable assets carefully.
- In case of cancellation Repayment will be done as per Refund Policy.
- Institute reserves the right to amend, alter or modify rules and regulations as and when required which will be binding on the students.

Yes, College provides Bus transportation Facility to & from Moga, Raikot, Jagraon, Ludhiana (Jamalpur, Bus Stand etc.)

Yes, Hostel facilities are available.
Is it in-campus hostel?
No hostels are not in campus. There are separate hostels for Boys & Girls Near the octroi.
What is the level of discipline in college?
Level of discipline is very high. Ragging both in college & hostel is banned. We have our own disciplinary committees in both the campuses.

What are my fee payment options?
Payment can be made in the form of Cash/Draft. For details regarding demand draft, refer to previous question.
What materials must I submit with my application?
- Matriculation Certificate
- 10+2 Certificate
- Graduation Certificate (PG Courses)
- Character Certificate (From Institution last Attended)
- 4 Passport size photographs
- MAT Result slip (MBA Admission only)
- 2 Self Addressed 9” * 4” envelopes with Stamp of Rs 5 each.
- 1 Self Addressed 12” * 10” envelope (for information brochure with stamp of Rs 20 each.)
Is attestation of certificates required?
PCTE recognizes self-attested copies of documents/papers presented by the students. It is made lucid that if any false attestation/falsified records are detected, the student will be debarred from attending any course.

Are student loans available?
Educational loans in India are very easy to get. If you happen to be an Indian, a visit to your local bank should get you going. The college will issue a fee structure letter through which you can avail loan easily.

I have given MAT. What to do next?
- If your score is greater than our minimum qualifying score, you can fill the admission form and send it across. The college will intimate you regarding GD & PI.
- In case your MAT score is not satisfactory, you need to give MET exam.
What is your cut-off score For MBA? How important are MAT results?
MAT is essential for admission and is used as part of the assessment process. Cut off Score is 600 & above. There is no delightful number that ensures your acceptance. MAT scores are just minimum Eligibility Criteria that we use in determining your capacity to do well, and they are not the only source. Final Decision is on the basis of Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
What is the exam date for MET?
MET is for both MBA & MCA and date for its exam is 4th July, 2010.
What are the tentative dates for holding Group Discussions and personal interview?
It will be conducted in the month of June; 2010.Rest information would be intimated through letters.
