Placements are the zenith of the strenuous two years @ PCTE. Year after year recruiters express their contentment at being an element of the placement process with us. Our students soldier on to outshine the expectations of the recruiters and get to the table varied skills, which makes them an asset to any association they prefer to connect.
@ PCTE, we humbly touch on not only 100% placements but also ensure that each student gets a job of his/her preference. The Placements at our end start in the month of September And continue till May next year.
Increasingly recognized by recruiters as a one of the North India’s best B-school, PCTE's placement process aims to equal the prerequisites of the recruiters and the ambitions of the students. The three step placement process:
- Summer Internship Process
- The summer internship program of 6-8 weeks intends to amplify the student's outlook by providing a spotlight to real life organizations. This in turn helps organizations to build a long term association with the students’ community.
- Campus Recruitment Program
- The campus recruitment program seeks to convene the increasing demands of the business houses by providing assets that are valuable on two diverse counts, initially in imbibing new knowledge and expertise and then, in imbibing spanking new outlooks and responsiveness.
- PCTE Placement Week
- In the last week of April, a week long job fair is organized where different companies are invited to recruit not only from PCTE but from other colleges in region also. This Year it was organized starting Monday 26th April, where 200 students from PCTE, Chitkara Rajpura, GIM Amritsar, GNIMT Ludhiana, GNE Ludhiana, LPU Phagwara, RIMT Mandi Gobindgarh and Rayat & Bahara Ropar participated.
