PCTE student bags first position in BCA in University
Rohit Verma, student of BCA (2006-2009) batch of Punjab College of Technical Education (PCTE), Ludhiana has bagged the first position in sixth semester university examinations conducted by Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar. Dr. K.N.S Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes informed that, “PCTE students have bagged five positions out of first ten i.e. 1st, 5th, 7th, 7th and 8th position in the sixth semester university examinations of BCA. “ He further said that , “ This is an excellent performance of the students which has become possible not only by the hard work put in by the students but also the teachers who have put in their tough efforts to help the students achieve the best results.”
Rohit Verma topped the sixth semester examinations by scoring 657 marks out of 700. Gagandeep Kaur student of BCA (2006-2009) batch of PCTE stood 5th by scoring 649 marks out of 700. Danish Kanojia and Sukhwinder Kaur stood 7th by scoring 647 marks out of 700 and Yatin Garg bagged 8th position by scoring 645/700.
Rohit on his success commented, “Practice makes the man perfect. This is the principal which I have adopted in my life that is why from the start of the semester I kept on working hard to achieve the results which I intended to attain. The persistent support of my parents and teachers made my goals achievable and I thank them for their guidance and sustainability.”
