Director, IIM Lucknow to be the chief guest at PCTE Convocation


Dr. Devi Singh, Director, Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow will be the chief guest on the occasion of annual convocation function at Punjab College of Technical Education on 10th April 2010. Approx 400 students from different courses like MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA batches of 2007, 2008 and 2009 pass outs while BSc. ATHM 2009 pass out batch will be awarded the degrees on the occasion. Dr. Rajneesh Arora, honorable Vice Chancellor Punjab Technical University will preside over the function and distribute the degrees to the students. Apart from the degrees distribution, meritorious students of the institute and position holders in the university will be given special awards by honorable Vice Chancellor of the University.Retd Wg. Cdr. H.S.Gill, Chairman, Punjab Management Education Trust, Dr. O.P.Sahni, Dean PCTE Group of institutes ,Prof R.Kumar, Dean Computer Sciences, dignitaries and proud parents of the students will also be present on the occasion.

Dr. K.N.S. Kang, Director General PCTE group institutes congratulated all the students for successfully completing their degrees especially university position holders for bringing laurels to the institute. He said that the institute has always worked on the conceptual and practical exposure of the students so that they can do well in their life. The efforts on the part of institute have been shown in the university results where PCTE students have done exceptionally well. He wished good luck to all the students for their future endeavors.
