PCTE STUDENTS GOT TOP POSITIONS IN UNIVERSITY EXAMS


Punjab College of Technical Education students from B.Sc (Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality Management) course got top positions in the recently concluded Punjab Technical University Exams. Jatty Goyal student of B.Sc ATHM 6th Semester bagged 2nd position in the University and Manpreet Singh Sidhu of same class got 6th Position in the university.

Dr K.N.S.Kang Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the meritorious students for their hard work, dedication and Commitment. Dr Kang, Said that (B.Sc Airlines Tourism and Hospitality Management) is highly practical and sought after course among the young budding professional in the country. He said that demand for ATHM professional in the country is increasing at fast pace especially when the country is getting Global and lot of developments that are taking place in Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality Industry especially in the context of upcoming Common Wealth Games.

Dr Kang Further said that PCTE students of B.Sc ATHM course had done remarkably well in the past as well. He informed that 50% students of current passed out batch had got Jobs and are placed at very good positions in the Industry.Dr Kang informed that companies like Thomas Cook, Kuoni Travels, Orbit Travels, Cox & Kings, Prime Travels, and many other companies recruited PCTE students form Airlines Tourism and Hospitality course. He also congratulated the proud parents of the meritorious students for achievement of their child.
