We prepare professionals for dynamic and demanding hospitality, hotels and aviation industries, we not only focus on practical training but also on over all development and grooming of personalities. The course duration is four years based on semester system on theory and practical basis. Our focus is research, development and evolution. PCTE -IHM teams research a new cuisine each year. Some recent researches are: Tribal cuisine Blue cuisine Green cuisine Pink cuisine Zaika-e-Hindustaan Our students regularly take up indoor & outdoor catering and work weekends in hotels and resorts. The building is built like Mock Hotel, where you enter a lobby which leads to the Front Desk and the Concierge’s desk, complete with the waiting space and Manager’s Desk and then it flows into the Banquet Hall catered to by Hotel Management Students.
