what is bCA?

BCA or Bachelors of Computer Applications is a 3-year undergraduate programme. The course mainly focuses on basic knowledge and study of computer applications and software development. This degree is equivalent to B.Tech (CSE) and offers interested students, in establishing a solid academic foundation for a career in Computer Applications. The courses covered are database management systems, operating systems, software engineering, web technology, and languages such as:
• C, C++ and Core Java • Python • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Software Engineering
• Machine Learning and AI etc.

Eligibility for BCA in PCTE?

  • BCA – 60 Seats
    Eligibility:
    The minimum and most important eligibility criteria for BCA are 60 per cent marks in Class 12 or equivalent examinations, which are followed by all colleges. In contrast to BTech, there are no subject level restrictions for pursuing BCA, as students with any subject in Class 11 and 12 can apply.
